1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Kernal Kush. By accessing kernalkush.co, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

By using the site you represent that you meet the minimum legal age and that cannabis is legal for you to purchase and possess where you live. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse or cancel any order where age or legality cannot be reasonably confirmed.

3. Products & Legality

We sell cannabis and cannabis-related products to adults within Canada only. Our products are intended for use where legal. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you. It is illegal to take cannabis across the Canadian border.

Product descriptions, potency figures, and images are provided for general information and may vary slightly between batches. We work to keep listings accurate but do not warrant that every detail is error-free.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information and update it as needed. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability, and we may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion — including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or where we cannot confirm legal age. If we cancel an order you have paid for before it ships, we will return the amount paid.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are all-inclusive — the total shown at checkout is what you pay.
• We accept Interac e-Transfer only. Payment instructions are provided after you place your order and in your confirmation email.
• Orders are not processed or shipped until payment is received and confirmed.
• We may change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without notice.

7. Shipping

We ship within Canada only, in plain, discreet packaging. Delivery timeframes, rates, and carrier details are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address; we are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are consumables, all sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges. We do, however, stand behind every order — if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right with a replacement or store credit. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

9. Loyalty Points, Referrals & Coupons

• Loyalty points are earned on eligible orders placed while signed in, hold no cash value, and may be redeemed for discounts as described in our FAQ.
• Referral rewards are credited when a referred friend completes their first eligible order.
• Coupons and discount codes are subject to their own conditions (minimum order, expiry, single use, category limits) and may not be combined except where expressly allowed.
• We may modify, suspend, or cancel points, referrals, or promotions, and may revoke rewards obtained through abuse or fraud.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the service, scraping data, submitting false information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. Reviews and chat messages you submit must be truthful and must not contain unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; we may remove content and reviews at our discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, the Kernal mascot, and software — is owned by or licensed to Kernal Kush and is protected by Canadian and international law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

12. Health Disclaimer

Information on this site is for general purposes only and is not medical advice. Cannabis may impair concentration and coordination; do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep all products out of the reach of children and pets. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kernal Kush is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
