Where We Ship

We ship within Canada only. We cannot ship internationally, and it is illegal to take cannabis across the Canadian border. You must be 19+ (18 in Alberta, 21 in Quebec) to order.

Discreet, Smell-Proof Packaging

Your privacy comes first. Every order ships in plain, smell-proof, discreet packaging with no branding on the outside — nobody can tell what's inside or who it's from.

Orders are sealed to control odour and packed to arrive in great condition. The return address is generic, and there is nothing on the parcel that identifies the contents as cannabis.

Processing Times

Orders can be placed 24/7. Our team processes orders Monday to Friday. Orders with confirmed payment before 12:00 PM PST are typically dispatched the same business day; orders confirmed after the cutoff ship the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders are dispatched the following business day.

Because we accept Interac e-Transfer only, your order is dispatched once we receive and confirm your payment. e-Transfers can take up to 30 minutes to arrive.

Carrier & Delivery Times

We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. British Columbia and major centres are typically faster; rural and remote areas may take longer. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system after your parcel is scanned. If you can't locate your tracking, reach us through our live chat with your Order ID.

Delivery & Signature

Most orders do not require a signature and may be left in a safe location at the carrier's discretion. If you'd prefer signature-required delivery, note it in your order notes at checkout. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the parcel.

Incorrect Addresses

⚠️ Please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct, including any unit or buzzer number. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not liable and a replacement will not be sent free of charge.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once tracking shows a package as delivered, Kernal Kush is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with neighbours and your building's mail area, then contact us. For packages that appear lost in transit, contact us with your Order ID after 7 business days and we'll work with the carrier to help locate it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, we'll make it right — see our Returns & Refund Policy for how to start a claim (report within 48 hours of delivery with photos).
