Our products are consumables, so all sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll still make it right.

All Sales Are Final

For health, safety, and legal reasons, all cannabis and consumable products are final sale — we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We cannot resell any product once it has left our facility.

This is standard practice for cannabis retailers in Canada. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our live chat with:

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong product, or an item is missing from your order, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and a photo of what you received (including the packing slip if available). We'll correct the mistake by sending the right item or issuing store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.

What Isn't Eligible

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order before payment is received or before it is dispatched. Once your e-Transfer has been confirmed and the order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If we cancel an order on our end before it ships, we will return any payment you've already sent — this is the only circumstance in which money is returned.

Returned Payments

In the rare case we return a payment — for example, an order we cancel on our end before it ships — it is sent by Interac e-Transfer to the email address on your order, since e-Transfer is our only payment method. Returned payments are typically sent within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an e-Transfer notification from your bank when it's on its way.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please see the lost-package guidance in our Shipping Policy. We'll work with the carrier to help locate it before considering a remedy.

How to Start a Claim

Reach us through our live chat within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos. The faster you reach out, the faster we can help. Once your order ships you'll get a Canada Post tracking link by email, and you can view your orders anytime in your account.
